Brent Ganley-Director

Brent worked in Building and plumbers merchant supply chain for 20 years knowing products and brands inside out .

In 2013 Brent decided he wanted to be completely involved in construction and has built over 30 homes and many extensions in this time.

Brent also feels that more stock is required for disabled and affordable homes and recently built 2 bungalows in 2022 and there are 8 affordable homes due in 2022/2023.

Brent has a flair for project management ,design, customer consideration,  material sourcing and liaising with clients to turn the dream into reality.

 

Tony Ganley-Director

Tony has worked in construction for 46 years and won multiple awards over his long career, he still remains a major equity partner in Rivergreen Developments plc.

The company has undertaken many award-winning commercial and residential developments throughout the North East of England and is well known for its contribution to the regeneration of the region with projects undertaken in several disadvantaged areas including Amble, Sunderland, Consett and Hartlepool.

The Rivergreen Centre at Aykley Heads in Durham, now the HQ of Atom bank, received the 2007 RICS Sustainability Project of the Year award as well as RIBA and many other industry awards. It is widely regarded as the best example of a large-scale ‘green’ office building in the UK.

Tony is also Managing Director and a major shareholder in Jesmond Dene House, a 40-bedroom boutique hotel in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The hotel opened in September 2005 and was the AA’s Hotel of the Year for 2008–2009.
